Healthy Buildings Solutions (HBS) recognizes the need to reuse and recycle. This is how many of our interested started. Taking that true passion to a larger scale has driven HBS to challenge ourselves in the pursuit of LEED Credits as individual benchmarks relating to a more comprehensive goal - whether it is Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum. We look at projects with a collaborative approach assembling the best talent to provide the right solution for our clients. We find each project is unique enough to warrant a specialized team. Our LEED Accredited Professionals study and evaluate commercial building systems and operations. With a transparent approach HBS will customize policies, procedures and/or processes from system controls to facility operations implementing business minded green building solutions.
The “à la carte” method is designed to obtain LEED credits one-by-one through our technical expertise. Not all credits are needed to achieve certification. We focus on the highly probable credits. Our sustainable talent matrix has specialized skill sets allowing us to facilitate individual credits or points in a much more efficient and cost effective manner than LEED generalists.
We are more than consultants, we are green building solution providers working as technical certification administrators to earn single (à la carte) LEED credits contributing toward your goal. We write policies, procedures, best practices, key performance indicators, management/operational plans and conduct onsite assessments to technically document the necessary elements to meet or exceed the criteria for LEED credit(s). We work on behalf of owners, property managers, architects, engineers, other LEED certifiers as well as consultants. Since we have a proven history of more than 100 projects, we have a reputation for technical excellence during complex project mangement and scheduling.
